Who you are...
You have spent your whole life TRYING so hard to do everything right to make everyone else happy & be the “Good Girl”. You often find yourself wearing masks & playing roles (perfectionist & people pleaser) to fit in and make others happy. And you’re tired. And if you’re honest, a little bored. You find yourself wondering, “is this IT?” You desire to love a wild, big, juicy, & magical life.
You’ve always felt a little bit different… Perhaps from your family, friends, and/or community. You’ve never fit in with the status quo, though you’ve always played pretend, but it’s starting to kill you. You feel trapped and the belonging you crave still feels out of reach.
Where you want to go...
You long for more FREEDOM. Wildness. Room to be messy. Permission to shed the skin that has become far too small & constricting. Permission to be too loud, too big, too dramatic, too honest, too wild, too messy, too moody, & too quiet. Permission to leave your too small garden to find your wild. And you also want to find your community, people with whom you feel at home and can be yourself. In some ways, you’ve been searching for this your entire life. But as time goes by, the yearning gets more urgent. You can sense the wild life that you want to live, but it seems just out of reach.
How you get there...
To get there, you have to let go of the story you were told about how you “should” be, what you “should” want, and what your life “should” look like. This is a story you did not write. You will have to let go of what you know, what you’ve relied upon your entire life. You have to let go of playing pretend, of the “Good Girl” who wants nothing more than to fit in.
But to let her go, you have to learn to navigate this wild unknown, where nothing fits easy into black & white little boxes and write your own wild myths. Things can feel a little uncomfortable. You have to be willing to shed the masks that are no longer providing nourishment, stand bare for a time, only to rise into the full glory of the she-wizard that you are. It can be scary & disorienting at first, and that is why I love guiding women like you through this new, wild wonderland.
